Jo-Lynne joined Fortified Insurance Agency in June of 2024. She supports our Commercial Lines Account Managers and has exposure to virtually every commercial account in the agency. She enjoys helping all of our clients with their service needs and working together as a strong team with her co-workers.
Jo-Lynne graduated with her Associate’s Degree at Champlain College in Burlington VT and finished her Bachelor’s Degree at SUNY Plattsburgh. She began her insurance career in 1992 at Finn & Stone Insurance Agency in Manchester Center, VT. She continued there for 32 years as a Commercial Lines Insurance Agent. She was born in VT and works for Fortified remotely from her home in upstate New York. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends at the lake and taking long walks.
